Age Concern Lambeth - Goldies Project

To ensure that Age Concern Lambeth encompasses older LGBT people. Age Concern Lambeth’s mission is to support and work with older people to achieve a full and enjoyable quality of life.

Coffee morning Tuesdays 10-11.30am in the Vida Walsh Centre in Brixton; encourage and support members to organise additional events; act as a gateway for Age Concerns Lambeth’s generic services; give advice and information; Handyperson Service; befriending; Celebrating Age Festival; and service user involvement.

Members of the Goldies were involved in an LGBT specific workshop on the Local Strategic Partnership’s Older People’s Strategy.
