LGBT London is the web information portal linking together London’s lesbian, gay, bisexual and trans communities.

You can find out about the equality and diversity agenda of key agencies across the boroughs, and see who is driving ahead with LGBT equality. You can also interact with other LGBT Londoners through the site and share your views on what it means to be a lesbian, gay, bisexual and/or trans Londoner.

About the Consortium

The Consortium of Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgendered Voluntary and Community Organisations is a national lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgendered infrastructure organisation working to support and build the capacity of the LGBT third sector. Our vision is to see a vibrant, viable and valued LGBT third sector. The Consortium intend to create an environment for the LGBT third sector to flourish, championing, developing and supporting the sector so it can provide effective services to LGBT individuals. About Kairos in Soho

Kairos in Soho (KiS) is a London based community organisation working with and for lesbians, gay men, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) people. KiS works towards three strategic objectives which are: community activities; strategic influence and infrastructure; and development of a London LGBT Community and Social Action Centre. Working together

The Consortium and KiS have been jointly commissioned by London Councils to undertake policy work and campaign/lobby for the lesbian, gay, bisexual & transgender community in London. The commission is for four years from 2008 to 2012. Work will include development of a range of materials to facilitate engagement and policy improvement. KiS and the Consortium are working together to ensure that the outcomes of two distinct projects are integrated to ensure maximum overall benefit to LGBT Londoners.
